Mr. Blaney

Mr. Earl Blaney is from Canada. He has over ten years’ experience teaching Korean students in Korea, as well as several years of experience teaching Korean students overseas. Mr. Blaney has a Law degree from a university in Ottawa, Canada and a graduate degree in Immigration and Refugee law. 

 

For the past ten years Mr. Blaney has worked very closely with the Korean Minjok Leadership Academy 민족사관고등학교 (KLMA) to develop its Global Leadership Program for Students (GLPS). Mr. Blaney has created more than a dozen unique programs for GLPS, and for his work received an award of “Extraordinary Dedication” from the Head Master of KMLA Dr. Yun Chung-Il.  Mr. Blaney has served as a supervising program manager at GLPS for the past seven years.

 

Mr. Blaney’s experience with business stems from growing up in the environment of a medium sized family business in Canada, as well his work as an independent legal professional. This experience combined with his passion for teaching and unique curriculum development ideas helped create the “Junior Tycoon” program. Mr. Blaney recognizes the importance business skills have in today’s modern economy, and therefore the benefit of beginning to “think business” at a young age.

 

Mr. Blaney’s philosophy about English education evolves from his successful longstanding experience with GLPS. It is in that spirit that Mr. Blaney intends to make each student’s unique experience at Junior Tycoon highly productive, educational and enjoyable.

Mr. Blaney is a motivated teacher, loves kids, and is passionate about improving the quality of children’s education.  He is dedicated to developing the business dreams of young people so that they may become Junior Tycoons!
